Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tech and Toys.com. These terms and conditions apply to the Website and all its Categories & Divisions. They are applicable when using or purchasing products & services through our Website (Tech and Toys.com) and provide important information for you as a buyer.

By using the Website, you confirm to comply with these terms and conditions with Tech and Toys. This User Agreement is effective upon acceptance.

ACCOUNT AND REGISTERED USER

To order and purchase products, you must create an account on Tech and Toys.com.

Your account is personal to you and is non-transferable to any third party. We will protect your information according to our Privacy Policy.

When you register and create an Account, you must provide proper information about yourself including your E-mail Address, First Name, Last Name, Country, Phone Number, and any other information required for creating your account.

You should always check and update your registered data to keep it complete and accurate.

Your Account

If you use Tech and Toys, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Tech and Toys sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method.

If you are under 18, you may use Tech and Toys only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You will maintain and promptly update the registered data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Tech and Toys have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete, or not in accordance with this User Agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Tech and Toys under this User Agreement or at law, Tech and Toys have the right to indefinitely suspend, limit, or withdraw your access to the Site.

PAYMENT

Payment Method (K-Net – Visa – Mastercard)

Payment is collected from your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order for the relevant products.

In the event that we are unable to supply the order/products, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or call, and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Products.

DELIVERY

To ensure prompt and timely delivery, the customer will be contacted at least 30 minutes before delivery.

In the event that you are not at home or the specified location for order delivery, the driver will wait at the address mentioned for 10 minutes with your ordered products.

Inability to establish contact during that time will prompt him to depart, and you must contact the customer support team.

In case our distribution department is unable to reach the customer within 48 hours of placing the order; it will automatically be deemed canceled.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.

Some situations may result in your order being canceled, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our Fraud Avoidance Department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional details are required.

Information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your Account by providing us with your bank details.

No Cash Disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.

Tech and Toys will try to be as accurate as possible with the information we present on our website; we will make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of the products we sell.

Tech and Toys are not responsible for any errors that may be reported by suppliers in the product descriptions; we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

The customer has only 14 days to return or exchange the item, provided the item must be unused, in the Original Packaging, and in Resalable Condition. This includes any Accessories, “Free Gifts” or Bonus Items received along with the order.

In case, if any return request is made by the customer, then we will not refund the shipping charges as that has already been incurred by us. We will refund the product purchase amount only.

If a customer purchased an item that got defective within 24 Hours, Tech and Toys will collect and replace the item from the vendor.

If a customer purchased an item that got defective after 24 hours, Tech and Toys Customer Support Team will provide the Supplier Service Centre address to the customer.

In the case of a product purchased with a gift coupon, bundle offer, special offer, or purchased during the sales campaigns, etc. then we have the right not to accept the product return. Replacement is possible only if the customer is proving (a defect / missing part / etc) only within 14 days after the delivery.

Product damaged due to wrong usage (electrical source, water leakage, repaired with unauthorized workshop, etc.) will not be accepted under the Warranty Terms & Conditions.

Virtual products such as iTunes cards, Google Play gift cards, play station cards, gift cards, and others are excluded from the 14 days return policy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / DELIVERIES / CANCELLATIONS

The Customer / Buyer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

When ordering from Tech and Toys.com, the Customer / Buyer / Recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside the State of Kuwait may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees by the destination country’s authorities. The Customer / Buyer / Recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes.

Tech and Toys have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary from country to country. The Customer / Buyer should contact the local customs office for further information.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the estimated Delivery Dates.

The customer / Buyer will ship the cancelled order to Tech and Toys at the same address unless there is an official authorization for Tech and Toys to ship back to his account.

Shipping and Clearing charges are non-refundable for all cancelled orders.
